On March 16, 2026, Henan Efficient Machinery finalized an agreement with OTOJEN Otomotiv, a prominent player in Turkey’s automotive and chemical gas sectors. The project involved the manufacturing and export of a high-performance CO2 펠릿 제조기 engineered to meet strict industrial standards for dry ice blasting and cold chain logistics.
다목적 건조 아이스 생산 필요성 해결
OTOJEN은 정밀 자동차 세척(고밀도 작은 펠릿 필요)과 화학 가스 보존(더 큰 펠릿으로 장기간 보존 필요) 두 가지 목적을 모두 충족하는 솔루션이 필요하였으며, 표준 단일 금형 기계로는 부족하였습니다.
To address this, we customized our 100kg/h CO2 펠릿 제조기 with a multi-mold configuration. While the standard unit comes with a Φ13mm mold, we manufactured two additional custom molds:
- Φ3mm 금형: 특히 엔진 부품과 산업 기계를 마모 없이 세척하는 건조 아이스 블라스팅 응용 분야에 적합합니다.
- Φ16mm 금형: 화학 가스 운송 시 연장된 냉각 기간을 위해.
이 유연성은 OTOJEN이 생산 모드를 즉시 전환할 수 있게 하여 투자 수익률을 극대화합니다.
구성하는 CO2 펠릿 제조기 안정성을 위한
자동차 산업의 산업 환경은 장비 신뢰성을 요구합니다. 가동 중단은 허용되지 않으며, 따라서 고객은 연속 작동을 보장하는 고급 전기 부품을 지정하였습니다.
당사의 엔지니어링 팀은 시스템에 다음과 같은 프리미엄 업그레이드를 통합하였습니다:
- 제어 시스템: 정확한 자동화 및 모니터링을 위한 Siemens 스크린 및 프로세서.
- 전력 관리: Schneider 접촉기 및 노브 회로 차단기.
- 릴레이: 오므론 중간 릴레이.
The unit operates on 380V / 50Hz / 3 Phase power, perfectly matching the industrial grid in Turkey. With a total power of 4kw and a liquid-to-solid CO2 conversion ratio of ≥42%, this CO2 펠릿 제조기 balances energy efficiency with high output density (1550kg/m³).
통합 저장 솔루션
Producing dry ice is only half the battle; storing it efficiently is equally critical. Recognizing the client’s need for a buffer between production and usage, we supplied a 315L Dry Ice Storage Box.
This heavy-duty, insulated container allows OTOJEN to run the CO2 펠릿 제조기 in batches, storing up to 300kg of product with minimal sublimation loss. This “Production + Storage” package ensures they always have inventory ready for immediate dispatch or on-site use.

Given the weight of the equipment (350KG) and the volume of the storage box, we arranged a CIF Mersin logistical plan. The cargo, valued at a discounted rate of $12,710, is scheduled for sea freight directly to the Port of Mersin.
