What is the approximate cycle time to produce one block?
The cycle time—the time it takes to produce one block from start to finish—varies slightly depending on the model and the desired block thickness. Generally, a complete cycle includes CO₂ injection, compression, and ejection. For our standard models like the HR-KZ-120 and HR-KZ-240, you can expect a cycle time of approximately 30 to 50 seconds to produce one block. This rapid cycling is what allows the dry ice manufacturing machine cycle time to achieve its high hourly output. The process is a continuous loop, ensuring a steady stream of finished dry ice blocks as long as the machine is in operation.
