On March 16, 2026, Henan Efficient Machinery finalized an agreement with OTOJEN Otomotiv, a prominent player in Turkey’s automotive and chemical gas sectors. The project involved the manufacturing and export of a high-performance Pelletizador de CO2 engineered to meet strict industrial standards for dry ice blasting and cold chain logistics.

Atendiendo la Necesidad de Producción Versátil de Hielo Seco

OTOJEN requería una solución capaz de servir a doble propósito: limpieza automotriz de precisión (que requiere pellets pequeños y de alta densidad) y conservación de gases químicos (que requiere pellets más grandes para mayor duración). Una máquina estándar de un solo molde no sería suficiente.

To address this, we customized our 100kg/h Pelletizador de CO2 with a multi-mold configuration. While the standard unit comes with a Φ13mm mold, we manufactured two additional custom molds:

  • Molde Φ3mm: Específicamente para aplicaciones de limpieza con hielo seco para limpiar partes de motores y maquinaria industrial sin abrasión.
  • Molde Φ16mm: Para una duración prolongada de enfriamiento en el transporte de gases químicos.

Esta flexibilidad permite a OTOJEN cambiar instantáneamente los modos de producción, maximizando su retorno de inversión.

Configurando el Pelletizador de CO2 para Estabilidad

Los entornos industriales en el sector automotriz exigen fiabilidad en el equipo. No hay opción para tiempo de inactividad. En consecuencia, el cliente especificó componentes eléctricos de alta gama para garantizar operación continua.

Nuestro equipo de ingeniería integró las siguientes mejoras premium en el sistema:

  • Sistema de Control: Pantalla y Procesador Siemens para automatización y monitoreo precisos.
  • Gestión de Energía: Contactor Schneider y Disyuntores de Perilla.
  • Relés: Relés Intermedios Omron.

The unit operates on 380V / 50Hz / 3 Phase power, perfectly matching the industrial grid in Turkey. With a total power of 4kw and a liquid-to-solid CO2 conversion ratio of ≥42%, this Pelletizador de CO2 balances energy efficiency with high output density (1550kg/m³).

Solución de Almacenamiento Integrada

Producing dry ice is only half the battle; storing it efficiently is equally critical. Recognizing the client’s need for a buffer between production and usage, we supplied a 315L Dry Ice Storage Box.

This heavy-duty, insulated container allows OTOJEN to run the Pelletizador de CO2 in batches, storing up to 300kg of product with minimal sublimation loss. This “Production + Storage” package ensures they always have inventory ready for immediate dispatch or on-site use.

Logística y Entrega a Mersin

Given the weight of the equipment (350KG) and the volume of the storage box, we arranged a CIF Mersin logistical plan. The cargo, valued at a discounted rate of $12,710, is scheduled for sea freight directly to the Port of Mersin.
