What raw materials do I need to make dry ice?

The great news is that the production process is incredibly straightforward. The single essential raw material you need is liquid carbon dioxide, often abbreviated as LCO₂. This is the same gas that gives soda its fizz, but stored in a liquid state under pressure. Our dry ice manufacturing machine is engineered to connect directly to a pressurized LCO₂ storage tank or a cluster of cylinders.

The machine’s internal process then rapidly depressurizes and compresses this liquid to form solid dry ice blocks. Beyond the LCO₂, the only other input is electricity to power the hydraulic press and control systems. There are no other additives, chemicals, or complex ingredients involved, making it a pure and efficient transformation process.
