Why is the density range slightly lower on the SL-KZ-500 model?

That’s an excellent observation. The specified density for the SL-KZ-500 (1300-1500 kg/m³) is slightly broader than the smaller models primarily due to its massive scale and production speed. To achieve its very high output of ~500 kg/hr, the cycle time is optimized for throughput. While it still produces a very high-density dry ice machine product, the absolute maximum compaction may be marginally less than smaller models with longer dwell times. However, the density produced is still exceptionally high and far exceeds the standard required for all major applications, from logistics to industrial cleaning.
