What are the ideal conditions for your >43.5% conversion rate?
Our advertised conversion rate of over 43.5% is achieved under optimal, yet realistic, industrial conditions. The most critical factor for a high conversion rate dry ice machine is the quality of the incoming liquid carbon dioxide (LCO₂). For best results, the LCO₂ should be sourced from a well-insulated tank with an internal pressure of 16-22 bar (230-320 PSI). This ensures the CO₂ remains in its liquid phase until the moment of injection. Colder ambient temperatures can also slightly improve the rate, but the pressure and purity of the CO₂ source are the primary drivers for maximizing the output of your dry ice production machine.
