What are the Dimensions and Space Requirements for Our Pellet Machine?

Space optimization is a premium consideration for any industrial facility. Our SL series dry ice pelletizers are engineered with a highly compact architecture, ensuring maximum output per square meter regardless of the model you select.

Our smallest unit, the SL-50, is incredibly space-saving with dimensions of 100×50×100 cm, occupying merely 0.5 square meters. It fits perfectly into a corner of an auto repair shop or a small lab. The mid-range SL-150 (135×65×165 cm) requires slightly more vertical space but still maintains a very manageable footprint for standard warehouse environments.

Even our massive high-capacity flagship, the SL-500 (165×145×175 cm), is engineered to be surprisingly compact for a half-ton-per-hour machine. While older generations of 500kg/h machines required massive dedicated production halls and complex piping infrastructure, the SL-500 consolidates the powerful hydraulic systems and extrusion chambers into a unified, heavy-duty frame. When planning your facility layout, simply account for the dry ice pellet machine dimension, leave a standard one-meter clearance around the unit for safe operator access, and allocate space for your liquid CO2 storage tank. This plug-and-play architectural design significantly reduces your factory construction costs.
