Adjusting the thickness of your product on our high-density dry ice machine is a digital process that takes only seconds. By navigating to the settings page on the Siemens touch screen, you can increase or decrease the “ice spraying time.” A longer spray time creates a thicker, heavier block, while a shorter time results in a thinner slice. This flexibility allows your dry ice block machine to pivot between different customer requirements—such as 20mm slices for catering or 70mm blocks for long-haul shipping—without any mechanical teardown.
