なぜドライアイスの保管にPEおよびPU材料を使用するのか?

You might wonder why our containers are made of two different plastics. The answer lies in their specific properties. The outer shell is made of Polyethylene (PE) using a rotomolding process. PE is incredibly tough, impact-resistant, and UV-stable, making it the perfect armor against rough handling in factories or during transport. It won’t crack or fade even after years of exposure.

Inside this tough shell, we inject Polyurethane (PU) foam. PU is one of the most efficient insulating materials available, with a thermal conductivity as low as 0.022 – 0.032 W/m·k. By combining the durability of PE with the thermal efficiency of PU, we create a Dry Ice Storage Box that is both rugged enough for industrial sites and efficient enough for sensitive medical transport.
