On March 16, 2026, Henan Efficient Machinery finalized an agreement with OTOJEN Otomotiv, a prominent player in Turkey’s automotive and chemical gas sectors. The project involved the manufacturing and export of a high-performance Machine \u00e0 pellets de CO2<\/a><\/strong> engineered to meet strict industrial standards for dry ice blasting and cold chain logistics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

OTOJEN avait besoin d\u2019une solution capable de servir deux objectifs : nettoyage pr\u00e9cis dans l\u2019automobile (ce qui n\u00e9cessite de petites pellets \u00e0 haute densit\u00e9) et conservation des gaz chimiques (n\u00e9cessitant des pellets plus grands pour une dur\u00e9e plus longue). Une machine \u00e0 moule unique standard ne suffisait pas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To address this, we customized our 100kg\/h Machine \u00e0 pellets de CO2<\/strong> with a multi-mold configuration. While the standard unit comes with a \u03a613mm mold, we manufactured two additional custom molds:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Cette flexibilit\u00e9 permet \u00e0 OTOJEN de changer instantan\u00e9ment de mode de production, maximisant ainsi leur retour sur investissement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Les environnements industriels du secteur automobile exigent une fiabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9quipement. L\u2019indisponibilit\u00e9 n\u2019est pas une option. Par cons\u00e9quent, le client a sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9 des composants \u00e9lectriques haut de gamme pour assurer un fonctionnement continu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The unit operates on 380V \/ 50Hz \/ 3 Phase<\/strong> power, perfectly matching the industrial grid in Turkey. With a total power of 4kw and a liquid-to-solid CO2 conversion ratio of \u226542%, this Machine \u00e0 pellets de CO2<\/strong> balances energy efficiency with high output density (1550kg\/m\u00b3).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Solution de stockage int\u00e9gr\u00e9e<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Producing dry ice is only half the battle; storing it efficiently is equally critical. Recognizing the client’s need for a buffer between production and usage, we supplied a 315L Dry Ice Storage Box<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      This heavy-duty, insulated container allows OTOJEN to run the Machine \u00e0 pellets de CO2<\/strong> in batches, storing up to 300kg of product with minimal sublimation loss. This “Production + Storage” package ensures they always have inventory ready for immediate dispatch or on-site use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Logistique et livraison \u00e0 Mersin<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Given the weight of the equipment (350KG) and the volume of the storage box, we arranged a CIF Mersin<\/strong> logistical plan. The cargo, valued at a discounted rate of $12,710, is scheduled for sea freight directly to the Port of Mersin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
